Privacy Policy

Overview

LFTD ("the App") is a workout and protocol tracking application. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

When you create an account and use LFTD, we collect:

• Account information: email address, username (display name), encrypted password.
• Workout data: exercises, weights, reps, RPE, set types, workout dates and durations.
• Body composition: body weight entries you log, optional progress photos you upload.
• Protocol data: compounds, doses, frequencies, injection logs and sites — all entered voluntarily by you.
• Programs & preferences: custom training programs, exercise library entries, settings.

We do not collect device identifiers, location data, contacts, or any analytics beyond Vercel's standard server logs.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the LFTD service.
• To display your training history, progress charts, and statistics back to you.
• To compute aggregated statistics (weekly volume, streaks, compliance) for your own dashboard.
• If you opt in to the leaderboard, to display only aggregate metrics (display name, total volume, sessions, streak, top lift weights) to other users. Your raw workout data, body weight, protocols, and photos are never shared.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a hosted Postgres database). Each user's data is isolated via Row-Level Security policies enforced at the database layer — other users cannot read or write your data. Connections to the database are encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

Progress photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Only authenticated requests by you can access your own photos via short-lived signed URLs.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and immediate: all your workouts, logged sets, body weight entries, progress photos, protocols, injection logs, and profile data are removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Data Export

You can export your workouts, body weight log, and injection logs as CSV files at any time from Settings → Export Data.

Medical Disclaimer

LFTD is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Protocol templates and dose calculators are provided as references and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any pharmaceutical protocol.

Children's Privacy

LFTD is intended for users 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
