1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LFTD (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Medical Advice
LFTD is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. The protocol templates, dosing references, reconstitution calculator, and any other content within the Service are for personal record-keeping and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw on LFTD.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LFTD you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into LFTD. You can export your data at any time as CSV from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored, and used.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise system security
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass or harm other users
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of any data, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
